              National Commander Coffey put the Camp at ease for his presentation of awards and the Camp Followers
         Degree.

           Following  the  recess  of  the  National  Encampment,  National  Commander  Coffey  presented  National
         Commander's Patriot of '76 Awards and National Commander's Award of Excellence to select Brethren
         and ladies.

           The National Commander awarded the General Jonathan Wainwright Award to York Camp (Harrisburg
         #76).

           PNC, PNP Turner presented the members of the 2024 National Encampment Cast with special plaques he
         prepared for this occasion.

            National Den Mother Grand Dame, Wendy Coffey, and her team conferred the Camp Follower degree on
         five new Camp Followers.

           The National Encampment recessed at 1535 hours.
           The National Encampment reconvened for the Bennington Banquet at 1800 hours following the invocation
         by Bro. Thom Davies, National Chaplain.

           The  Van  Deventer  Trophy  was  awarded to  Brother PNC MSgt  Robert W. (Boog) Powell, Tun Tavern
         Camp. Brother Powell’s health would not allow him to attend. Brother Coffey and Grand Dame Wendy will
         deliver the Medal to Brother Boog at his home.

         The National Officers elected and appointed were then installed by Bro. William G. L. Turner, PNC, PNCP,
         LOH, Installing Officer.  Bro. DeMerath then presented a Past National Commander’s Medal to Bro. Coffey
         for his service to the Order along with a beautiful plaque from the National Officers for 2023-2024. Lady
         Wendy Coffey was presented with a memory box, checkbook cover, business cards and case as gifts. Brother
         Coffey  was  presented  with  a  memory  box,  business  cards,  case,  checkbook  cover,  and  Past  Commander’s
         Flag.

         Brother Coffey then addressed the banquet guests, first by recognizing his wife Lady Wendy and thanking her
         for  all  her  support  during  the  past  year.  With  the  completion  of  business  and  festivities,  the  National
         Encampment was closed by National Commander Paul DeMerath following the Chaplain’s benediction.
