The following Sojourners were elected to Emeritus status:
Robert T. “Thom” Davies III, Bernard N. Harris, Henry C. Hill, Winton E. Hewitt

The National President accepted a motion to approve all the National Annual Reports as printed and provided
to the delegates. It was so moved, seconded, and approved.

The NP called on the President of NASOCOCO, Brother Denny Norris, for a report on the future
considerations for National meetings. Brother Norris reported we met the contractual requirements for this
year’s ANC with the hotel. He announced the locations for the next three MWMs and next three ANCs:

2025 JAN MWM – Charleston, SC 2025 JUN ANC – Omaha, NE
2026 JAN MWM – TBD 2026 JUN ANC – Milwaukee, WI

There was no selection for the Legion of Honor recipient this year.

There were no Resolutions considered by the voting delegates this year.

The voting delegates approved to keep the existing Schedule of Fees proposed and accepted at the 2023
ANC. Per Capita was increased from $20.00/year to $35.00/year and the cost for a Membership in Perpetuity
was increased from $255.00 to $700.00, all were effective on January 1, 2024.
