TAMPA BAY CHAPTER #252, Charles Bailey,
Secretary. On 2 September 2025, under the
leadership of Mr. Michael Manning, Chapter
President, and the direction of LCDR Dwight
Hamborsky, USN Ret'd, members of Tampa Bay
Chapter No.252 presented the Colors for
Hillsborough Lodge No.25's Annual Table Lodge.
LT Chuck Bailey, USN Ret'd, gave the Toast to the

at the keyboard, and several other Chapter members
and prospective members.
