TITLE VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION AT NATIONAL MWM AND ANCs

In accordance with the Constitution & By-Laws ARTICLE XIX Amendment
Section 3:
URGENT RESOLUTIONS: National Officers and National Committees may
submit an urgent Resolution to the Resolutions Committee to change the National
WHEREAS Constitution and/or Bylaws. The Resolution must be in writing, use the pre-approved
format, and be received not later than 0900 hours of the second meeting day of the
Mid-Winter Meeting.

Section 3. At the direction of the National President or National President-Elect,
provisions for limited virtual participation in either or both the NATIONAL
CONVENTION and MIO-WINTER MEETING may be declared. Such provisions
will be coordinated in advance with the Information Technology Chairman and the
National Sojourners Webmaster.
Section 4. This virtual participation does not include any provisions for voting
capability for virtual participants.
THEREFORE Section 5. Additional funding for equipment procurement to enable this additional
BE IT capability is anticipated and is expected to increase incrementally as the capability
RESOLVED increases. Normal procedures to request this funding will be utilized.
Section 6. A Registration fee will be charged to Virtual Participants to assist in
offsetting the costs of this capability. The amount of the Registration fee will be
determined by National Sojourner Convention Corporation personnel in conjunction
with the National President and coordinated with the Information technology
Chairman and the National Sojourners Webmaster.
