The National President called for special awards and presentations to be made:

Brother Charles Warren, NPE, presented the Memphis Cup Award to Brother Larry McDougal. Brother
McDougal thanked everyone for the award.

Brother Norris, NP, presented the Houghton Memorial Award to Brother James Baker, who thanked the
National President and the Brethren for the recognition and the award.

Brother Norris, NP, then gave his Masonic allocution for his year as National President.

The Annual Convention was then called to recess by the National President until 0830 hours, 17 June 2023,
which was immediately followed by the Memorial Service conducted by Brother Thom Davies, National
Chaplain.

At the Royal Order of Barrow Wheelers Breakfast, Brothers Fritz McMullin and Charlie Odorizzi were
welcomed as the newest members. Brother Ed Nolte, PNP, PNC, was acknowledged as Barrow Wheeler of the
Year.

The Annual Convention was reconvened at 0830 hours on Friday, 17 June 2023. The following National
Officers were elected or appointed:
