BUT… Secretaries and new initiated members … remember, you do not appear in the National
Office database (MMS) UNTIL the secretary sends your funds to the office and THEY enter the
information into MMS for me to access and verify your credentials. ALSO, the secretary has to
provide the petition form to the office (digital copy by email is preferred) to go along with the funds
… so there is a possibility of a slight time lag between when an email arrives and the funds arrive via
USPS. Then too, factor into everything else the fact that the office is currently running in “crippled”
mode – with most of them having been at ANC supporting everyone, and now they have to try to
catch up to everything they couldn’t do while at ANC as well as make headway into all the new
reports that are starting to come in for the end-of-year. SO….PLEASE…BE PATIENT AND
UNDERSTANDING while this small number of dedicated folks tries to get everything processed as
soon as they can.
