        Ingredients:


            •  For the APPLE BASE you will need:
                4 apples (Peeled, deseeded and cut into thin slices)

                1 tsp of cinnamon powder
                2 tbsp of sugar


            •  For the CRUMBLE you will need:
                1 and a half cups of flour (wheat flour or rice flour)
                4 tbsp of sugar

                Half tsp of cinnamon powder, 1/4  tsp of salt
                4 tbsp of clarified butter(ghee) or melted butter.

        Procedure:


            •  Take the thinly sliced apples and add the ingredients of the apple base to it. Mix

                the ingredients well and place the coated slices neatly in rows in your lined casserole.
                Keep this aside

            •  Next, in a food processor, add all the ingredients for the crumble given above. Churn
                the ingredients in the food processor well till it combines together to form crumbs.
            •  Preheat the oven to 180-degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Take out the casserole

                with the apple base and add the crumbs on the apples in even layers. Bake for 50
                minutes at 180-degree Celsius.

            •  And finally take it out of the oven set it to cool. Caution: call no more than four
                family members to share this with you! Otherwise you won’t even get a single bite!
            •  You can add some roasted oats or nuts as a crisp

                twist to this delicious desert. Enjoy!!
