Boxing Footwork Drill #3 – The Cone 3 Punch Drill
For this drill you’ll need to set up 4 markers in a horizontal line with
approximately 1 meter between each.
For this drill you’ll be stepping in between each cone, throwing a 3 punch
combo comprised of a jab, cross and left hook before taking two steps back,
stepping laterally and repeating between the next cone or witches hat.
Once you’ve reached the end of your line of cones proceed to laterally step
in the opposite direction, repeating your 3 punch combo until you’re back to
your starting position - this counts as 1 round.
