              Fighting Fit: Foundations
              Boxing is built on fundamentals that must be tuned
              and retuned constantly. In fact, every workout
              should include review of basic punches, defensive
              moves and footwork — the three major parts of
              boxing.


              Part one reviews these parts and Part two will put
              them together in various drilling and sparring work -
              outs we call the Fighting Fit Program.
