Section 10. The Executive Officers/Campus Administrators shall

exercise overall supervision of all academic, administrative,

research and development, extension and training and business

enterprises of their respective campuses.

Section 11. The Colleges/Schools/Institutes constitute the

organic/academic units of the University. All other offices shall

provide support services to these units.

Section 12. The Colleges/Schools/Institutes are composed of the

Deans, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, Program Chairs,

College Secretaries and other officials of academic and non-

academic units.

Section 13. The Deans and Associate Deans shall report directly to

their respective Executive Officers/Campus Administrators.

Associate Deans of Colleges/Schools/Institutes shall coordinate to

the Deans concerned on matters pertaining to academic policies

and programs.

Section 14. The Departments of Colleges/Schools/Institutes shall be

headed by Department Chairs. The Chair reports directly to the

Dean or Associate Dean. At least three (3) faculty members shall

compose a department and/or program.

Section 15.There shall be a common organizational set-up reflecting

the functional relationships among the organic and administrative

service units.
