UTILIZATION OF STUDENT MUTUAL AID FUND

Section1. General Coverage

All bonafide students of the University shall be entitled to avail of the

mutual aid benefits.

Section 2. Contribution

All students must pay a contribution of Php 40.00 upon enrollment

during the first semester of the school year. Whether or not the student is

enrolled for the second semester or during summer, the amount paid covers
the benefits for one school year.

In case the student is enrolled only during the second semester, he/she

shall pay Php 20.00 only. Section 3. Nature of Claims Benefits

1. Death due to accident - 35,000.00

2. Natural Death - 20,000.00

3. Burial Expenses - 5,000.00

4. Indemnity due to university related accidents – 50, 000.00

5. Dismemberment & Disability

a. Permanent disability – 20, 000.00

b. Dismemberment – 5, 000.00

6. Reimbursement of medical expenses due

to illness/accident – 5, 000.00

7. Hospital Confinement expenses – 500.00/day
