Chapter 3: Exercise
STRETCHING- First thing is stretching your body out. Anywhere you have muscles need to be
stretched because that’s how muscles get ready to be used. By used I mean get ready to lift, push,
pull and hold stuff, walk, and almost any normal activity. Getting your muscles ready is like
wetting your body when you get in the shower before you start to wash, better yet, it’s like
thawing out frozen meat before you cook it, it just makes things go smoother. Stretching is great
before workouts so you don’t get hurt when you’re putting strain on your muscles. You ain’t got
to just do those old football practice stretches either. Yoga got some nice exercises and you can
meet some good clean women up in those classes too.
CARDIO(Aerobic exercise)- Cardio is what you do to get your blood flowing smoothly, your
heart pumping properly and most importantly your lungs working better. Exercises like jumping
jacks, jogging, and running will help get oxygen into your lungs so you won’t run out of breath
so fast. Then y’all won’t be so tired after fighting somebody for 30 seconds. I mean y’all be
looking pathetic all leaning on each other and shit. Y’all niggas can last longer during sex too if
you get your cardio right. Personally, I’m tired of y’all girlfriends coming to me to get fucked
because y’all not pleasing them.
MUSCLE- Build up your muscle. People think you gotta lift them heavy ass weights every day
to build muscle. I mean yeah but you’ll be big as fuck looking like a wrestler. If that’s what you
want cool. I prefer the strong but slim look. You can actually use less heavy weights to build
muscle and be pretty damn strong as well. Remember muscle is just glorified fat. You ever see
those retired athletes all fat and shit? That’s cuz they had all that muscle that they worked on
every day now they barely work out so the muscle turned to fat. Always work you muscles out
even if it’s just pushups, sit ups, and squats.
