Bulk Cheese Range

Walnut Layer Cheese - a cow’s milk semi-hard processed cheese, soft and creamy with a walnut paste layered between the cheese.
Australian Cheddar – is the most widely purchased and eaten cheese. It is semi hard cheese and keeps well, making it the main cheese of
international trade. Typically matures 3 to 4 months of age depending on the flavour profile and depth desired.
Ambrosia - is a semi-hard cows’ milk cheese from Austria. It has a moist, flexible, dense pate, a slightly sour aroma and a fruity wine like, full
flavoured taste with a lingering mild after taste. The cheese is pale yellow with small irregular holes and is matured for 2 months.
