Bulk Cheese Range

Cranberry & Blueberry Wensleydale – Wensleydale cheese has a creamy open texture with a naturally sweet milk and lactic flavour that pairs
beautifully with fruit. Plump cranberries or blueberries are added to the cheese enhancing the wonderful natural sweetness. This flavour is then
locked in by using a distinct burgundy/navy blue wax.

Swiss Gruyere – is a semi-soft cheese with a distinctive sweet and salty, intense nutty taste. The natural, rusty brown rind is hard, dry and pitted
with tiny holes. The cheese is darker yellow with a dense and compact texture. Slightly grainy, the cheese has a wonderful complexity and is ideal
in cooking, as heating releases its aromas and melts it into a silky smoothness.
Chevre - is French for Goat's cheese i.e. cheeses made out of goat's milk. They are popular among elderly and children who are more likely to
show low tolerance to cow's milk. Also, goat cheeses are lower in fat, and higher in vitamin A and potassium
