ROYAL COMMISSION IN JUBAIL

HOSTS THE THIRD GPCA

RESPONSIBLE CARE CONFERENCE

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region, has inaugurated the Third GPCA Conference on
Responsible Care, on Monday, October 2019 ,14, at the King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City, with the participation of many
government and industrial entities.

His Highness noted the keenness of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to promote social responsibility of the private
sector, and include them within the Kingdom's 2030 vision, due to its importance in achieving sustainable and responsible development, and
its role in preserving and enhancing resources. His Highness noted that Jubail’s hosting of this conference is an a rmation of the leadership
of the eastern region in promotion of the concept of social responsibility, and its initiative to establish the concepts of sustainability and
responsibility.

It is worth noting that the Royal Commission for Jubail hosted the third GPCA conference for responsible care for the rst time in the Kingdom.

The Environmental Protection and Control Department of the Royal Commission in Jubail participated in the exhibition accompanying the
conference to present its pioneering experience in applying internationally approved environmental regulations and standards and
protecting wildlife in addition to the technologies used to enhance coexistence of environment and industry in the cities of the Royal
Commission.
