FROM THE CRANE RULE
The Crane & Derricks in Construction Rule requires every propane employee to get third-party certifi-
cation to operate a truck crane for propane tank deliveries and retrievals at a cost of over $150 million
every 5 years The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) will impose this requirement on
November 10, 2018 unless Congress exempts the propane industry Help us tell Congress this important
message!
