2020-2021 ALABAMA REGULATOR

REPLACEMENT REBATE PROGRAM

This program is available on qualified regulators installed on or after October 12, 2020 until September 17, 2021
or funds are depleted, whichever comes first.

The purpose of Alabama Propane Gas Association’s 2020-2021 Alabama Regulator
Replacement Rebate Program is to encourage replacement of regulators 15 years old
or older or a single stage regulator.

The rebate amount per regulator is $40 for either company or customer owned
equipment.

This program is funded from rebate monies allotted by the Research and Education Ad-
visory Council (REAC). This program is capped at $40,000. The 1,000 rebates will be
available to participating propane marketers on a first-come, first serve basis.

The installation must take place on real property located within the State of Alabama. The
existing regulator must be 15 years old or older or a single stage regulator regardless of
age. Replacement regulators must be new
and never previously used LPG regulator
and installed by a licensed propane profes-
sional. No more than two rebates shall be
paid per residential address.

All regulator replacements are subject to
audit by the APGA. Regulators should
NOT be sent in with the application.
