Director for 2025– 2026 -2027.

by category: The positions of treasurer, assistant treasurer, and assisting recording secretary,
Fires = 2 according to the department By-Laws, will be appointed and announced at the
January meeting.
EMS = 55 The line officers combined with the benevolent association officers represents over
Hazardous = 2 448 years of experience serving our community.
Service Type = 12 The above officers will begin their responsibilities on January 1, 2025, marking this
Good Intent = 10 the 124th year of the department.

Total alarms for the Month of November 2024 = 101.
Of the 101 alarms, 90 were in the Town, 10 in the Village and 1 mutual aid.
This brings the total number of calls year-to-date through November 30, 2024, to
1,115.
Some of the calls listed above - such as Fires, EMS, and Hazardous - are self
-explanatory. Others such as Service, Good Intent and Other Alarms are not. Service
Calls includes water or animal problems, public assistance or standbys. Good Intent
refers to responding but did not find anything or canceled in route. Other alarms
include explosions, carbon monoxide, smoke or sprinkler detector activations.
The figures above do not include other activities by members of the department
such as Fire Prevention details, training, parades, Open House and other various November 2024 – New Hartford Police Activity:
