 User Personal Page and Referral Dashboards

Each user has a personal page similar to LinkedIn. Transactions and response information
recorded on user dashboards. Both create a continuing relationship with the website.

 Network Member Firm Dashboards (Referral receivers)

RFQ information and responses recorded on firm dashboards to create a continuing
relationship with the website.

 User Growth

Growth includes all lawyers, accountants and business persons. Both users and responders
receive an account without downloading an app. This will accelerate expansion.
