              Air conditioning system failure IN
              Overview
The heater and air conditioning system is a device that cools, heats and ventilates the air in the car DI
compartment, and thaws the frost and fog on the front windscreen.
              Main system function
                                                                                                                  EG
                S/N Function S/N Function

1 Blower control 4 Hybrid throttle control
2 Internal and external circulation throttle control 5 Compressor control TR
3 Mode throttle control 6 Condensing fan control
              Precautions AX
              1. Before removing or installing any electrical device, and when tools or equipment are easy to access to
the bare electrical terminals, first disconnect the negative cable of battery to prevent damage to the
              person or the vehicle. FR
              2. Do not work in a confined space or near a fire source and do not weld the parts filled with
              refrigerant. ST
              3. Wear goggles when inspecting and repairing refrigeration pipe lines all along, and do not allow liquid
refrigerant to spill into eyes or on the skin.
              4. If liquid refrigerant splashes into the eyes or contacts with the skin, rinse the contact position with BR
plenty of water and go to a doctor if serious.
              5. Be careful when handling system components. Do not drop or crash the system components. BW
              6. Do not operate the compressor when there is not enough refrigerant in the refrigeration system.
              7. Do not open the high pressure pipe line while the compressor is running. If the high pressure valve is
opened, the refrigerant will flow to the opposite direction, which will cause the compressor cylinder to EL
rupture, so only the low pressure valve can be opened or closed.
              8. Do not overfill refrigerant. If the refrigerant is overfilled, it may cause problems of insufficient heat
dissipation, poor fuel economy, and overheating of the compressor.
              9. In maintenance of refrigeration system, be sure to promptly cap or seal the disconnected pipeline
joints to prevent the moisture or impurities in the air.
              10. After changing the refrigerant, first replenish the system with refrigerant oil and then fill
              refrigerant.
              11. Refrigerant must be drained slowly to prevent frozen oil from being taken out.
              12. The low-pressure end can not be filled with liquid refrigerant, and the compressor can not be
started while filling refrigerant from the high-pressure end.
              13. Do not use steam to clean condensers and evaporators, and only cold water or compressed air can be
              used.
              14. When repairing a refrigeration system, protect the car with items such as protective pads.
              15. When the refrigeration system is not yet filled with refrigerant, air conditioning refrigeration can
              not be turned on.
              16. For long-term preservation of the compressor, to prevent corrosion, it needs to drain the aie inside
the compressor out, and then fill the compressor with refrigerant or dry nitrogen.
              17. Do not discharge refrigerant directly into the air. When discharging the air conditioning refrigerant,
the refrigerant must be collected using the specified recovery / recycling equipment.
              18. Before vacuum process, check the sealing carefully, and first deal with the leakage. After the
installation work is completed, check if various components of the vehicle operate normally, if the
cooling system components, cooling pipe lines and circuits are intact, and check if the air conditioning
              performance is good.
