DI - 162 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the scrubbing solution

a. Check the level of scrubbing solution.
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 2.
No> Add scrubbing solution.

2. Check the scrubbing hose

a. Check the scrubbing hose.
Check if the hose leaks

Yes> Replace scrubbing hose.
NO>go to Step 3.
3. Check the scrubbing nozzle

a. Check the nozzle.
Check if the scrubbing nozzle is unblocked

Yes>go to Step 4.
No> Change the scrubbing nozzle.
4. Check the wiper combination switch

a. Ignition switch:LOCK. .
b. Disconnect the connector B030 of wiper combination switch.

c. Set the wiper combination switch to the scrubbing gear.
d. Measure the conduction between No. 8 and 9 terminals
of wiper combination switch with a multimeter.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
