MP3 can not be loaded/played

Diagnostic Procedure

1. Checking USB interface

(a) Check USB interface of U-Disk for deformation, damage, and oxidation, etc.
(b) Check USB converter port of MP3 audio
unit for deformation, damage, and
oxidation, etc.

Are check results normal?
Yes > Go to step 2.
No > In the case of a U-Disk problem, replace the disk.
In the case of deformation or damage of USB converter port of MP3 audio unit, replace the
unit.
In the case of oxidation of USB converter port of MP3 audio unit, simply insert and pull out
U-Disk repeatedly.
Notice:
In the case of oxidation of USB converter port of MP3 audio unit, never treat any metal pin
with a scraper or sand paper.
2. Checking source file of MP3 media
(a) Replace with known source file of definite format “*.mp3” and play.
Check audio unit for normal play.
Yes > Please use source file of correct format.
No > Go to step 3.
3. Checking U-Disk
(a) Make sure read function of U-Disk is not locked.
(b) Replace with a U-Disk which is known normally usable.
Check audio unit for normal play.
Yes > Replace U-Disk.
No > Replace MP3 audio unit.
