Precautions
1. When disconnecting a cooling system line, collect residual coolant using a special vessel.
If not reused, dispose of coolant as required.
2. When disconnecting a cooling system line, never allow chips to enter it. Otherwise, the
cooling system and engine may be damaged.
3. When disconnecting a cooling system line joint, be sure to seal its nozzle with a special
plug cap in order to prevent entry of dirt or foreign substances.
4. Coolant is noxious, so keep it away from children and pets and dispose of it as required
if it will not be reused.
