Cooling-Radiator
Replacement
1. Tilting up cab
2. Draining cooling system (refer to Service Manual for Cummins ISF Series Engines)
3. Disconnecting surge tank hose
(a) Loosen the fixing clamp of the hose
connecting radiator with surge tank, and
separate surge tank hose.

4. Disconnecting radiator inlet hose
(a) Loosen radiator inlet hose clamp, and
separate the hose.
5. Disconnecting radiator outlet hose
(a) Loosen radiator outlet hose clamp, and
separate the hose.
6. Disconnecting intercooler
(a) Loosen the clamp of the hose between
intercooler and intake steel pipe, and
separate the pipe.
