Cooling-Radiator
11. Assembling intercooler, radiator, and
cowl assembly
(a) Install cowl to radiator, and tighten the 6
fixing bolts.
Torque: 9~11 N•m
(b) Install intercooler to radiator, and tighten
16 the 4 fixing bolts.
Torque: 21~25 N•m
Notices:
• Before assembling intercooler,
radiator, and cowl, check that there
are no noticeable indentation and
scratches, etc. on radiator surface. It is
required that radiator inside be clean
without foreign materials and weld
zone be welded properly. If necessary,
replace.
• It is required that junction of radiator
and cowl be sealed properly without
air leak.
12. Installing radiator, intercooler, and
cowl assembly
(a) Install the bolt securing radiator,
intercooler, and cowl assembly to right
side of frame, and tighten the fixing bolt
temporarily. Tighten the bolt after the
assembly has been completely fixed.
Torque: 73~89 N•m
Notice:
The radiator assembly must be installed to
correct position and a certain amount of fit
clearance must be left between the assembly
and the support in order to prevent radiator
twist and deformation.
(b) Install the bolt securing radiator,
intercooler, and cowl assembly to left
side of frame, and tighten the fixing bolt
temporarily. Tighten the bolt after the
assembly has been completely fixed.
Torque: 73~89 N•m
