Cooling-Radiator
9. Removing radiator, intercooler, and
cowl assembly
(a) Loosen the nut securing radiator,
intercooler, and cowl assembly to left
side of frame.

(b) Loosen the nut securing radiator,
intercooler, and cowl assembly to right
side of frame.
(c) Take out radiator, intercooler, and cowl
assembly.
Notice:
When you remove and install radiator,
intercooler, and cowl assembly, never scratch
surfaces of radiator and intercooler.
10. Disassembling intercooler, radiator,
and cowl assembly
(a) Remove the 4 bolts securing intercooler
to radiator.
(b) Remove the 6 bolts securing cowl to
radiator.
