Air exhaust
1. fill clutch fluid
(a). Fill up the oil reservoir with clutch fluid.
2. Air exhaust of clutch system
(a). Install a rubber tube with appropriate length on the
release valve of the clutch slave cylinder booster.
(b). Put proper container under the rubber tube to hold
clutch fluid.
(c). Stamp on the clutch pedal rapidly for some times and
then stamp the clutch pedal to the lowest position and
keep still.
(d). Loosen the drain plug on the release valve to
discharge the blistery or muddy clutch fluid. When
32 the clutch fluid is about to stop discharging, screw
down the drain plug.
(e). Repeat the methods above for some times until no
bubbles in the clutch fluid and the color of the clutch
fluid is normal, and then screw down the drain plug.
Standard value: 6 N•m
Limit value: 4 ~ 8 N•m
3. Inspect the clutch fluid
(a). Inspect the clutch fluid level in the oil reservoir to
make the level between the “MAX” and the “MIN”,
add some if it is not enough.
