Clutch pedal

Adjustment

1. inspect and adjust the clutch pedal
(a). Move away the carpet in the driving cab.
Adjust point of pedal free play
(b). Inspect whether the height of clutch pedal is correct.
The height of clutch pedal:

1051 series 166 mm 171 mm
1061 series 166 mm 171 mm
Adjust point of 1089 series 166 mm 171 mm

(c). Adjust the height of clutch pedal.
• Loosen the lock nut, adjust the clutch pedal to the
correct height and then tighten the lock nut.
Torque: 20 ± 5 N•m
(d). Inspect the free play of clutch pedal and the push rod
Pedal height journey of clutch master cylinder.
• Press down the clutch pedal until feeling the platen
have resistance.

• Press down the clutch pedal slightly until feeling the
platen have slight resistance.
