Competition
CATEGORY El-Kanemi: Bread rolls with different fillings, bread balls,
STARTER and tortilla triangles.
Oduduwa: Garlic naan bread, creamy butter chicken,
curry potatoes, mango chutney, and pink strawberry
lemonade.
Obi: Garlic bread with chicken and corn soup.
Prepared Dish Danfodio: Alfredo bread, alfredo sauce, and garlic-
flavoured meatballs.
Each Hostel had 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare their meals and set the tables for the
judges. They brought their A-game, creating a fun yet competitive atmosphere.
