EDITION 03/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
NEW BUNDLING TABLE
Our team has developed a new bundling table, primarily to increase safety
in the bundling area. As the dimensions of our profiles continue to increase
due to our new rolling mill, adapting our productionlines to these larger
and heavier profiles while minimizing risk to our employees has become a
top priority for Böllinghaus. To meet this challenge, innovative projects
such as this bundling table, which can process profiles automatically, are
being developed to improve working conditions and ensure greater safety.
This newly developed table, built using improved component,
is now capable of handling bundles weighing up to 2.5 tons, with
dimensions of up to 105 mm square and 250 mm wide for flat profiles.
We are confident that this table will contribute to high steel production in
the coming years and will serve as a basis for future projects to simplify and
improve work processes.
