ESG - SUSTAINABLE REPORTING
ESG remains a crucial function and therefore we are on track after the
inspiring workshops in Hilden with ESG Business Partner. We detected
several processes which have a valuable potential to reduce carbon
emissions and developed mutual ways to optimize sustainability.
With the Swiss Steel Group we have the opportunity to use carbon
emission reduced billets with Green Steel attitude. The Climate+ is a
branded product which can help us in case of demands with requirements
for low emission. If you are interested, please contact the Sustainability or
Purchasing Team.
What about Green Economics in the local infrastructure?
That has been discovered at the financial bank event of the Sparkasse in
Hilden. Best performers and First Movers have shown their way to the
sustainable green path. Really inspiring how even small and medium
enterprises can find ways to the future.
On 26.03., Sparkasse Hilden-Ratingen-Velbert
hosted the Green Economics Fair. Nina Härtel
attended the event together with our partner
ESG BusinessPartner and was able to show
how sustainable management in industry can
look in concrete terms - from ESG consulting
to practical solutions for
greater resource efficiency.
