INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 2025
On 08.03.25, we celebrated this year´s International
Women’s Day and the incredible achievements of women
everywhere and reaffirm our commitment to a diverse,
inclusive workplace. At Böllinghaus Steel, we stand for
equality, empowerment, and opportunity. Every woman
deserves the chance to grow, lead, and achieve her dreams
no matter her age, background, or qualifications.
Success is built on strength, determination, and the support
of those around us. Together, we can break barriers,
challenge limits, and inspire future generations.
At Böllinghaus Steel, each woman received a small treat to
sweeten their day and show our gratitude for what they
accomplish.
CARNIVAL 2025
Altweiberfasching - a day full of fun and tradition! The
women from Böllinghaus came together, danced,
laughed and celebrated in high spirits. Of course, the
traditional custom was not to be missed: The men's
ties were cut off without further ado - a symbolic act
of taking power
for a day!
