Video Response on Nile River

The Nile was the main source of food and water to the
Egyptians. Civilizations have risen and fallen and the
Egyptian Civilization is one of them. Once a year their
crops are destroyed by the flood while sometimes, they die

of thirst. The old kingdom started years ago when the bank

of the Nile was a construction site and the stoves were
filled with grains from harvest. All animals and humans

depend on the water. All types of animals like fish or birds
are respected. Monkeys and Baboons seem to have a good
relationship with the sun god. In Mid June Egyptians
started working on the bank of the river. The gift is not

only Nile but also the loads that come with it.

The mountains are the secret of the flow of the Nile. The

forests below them are full of forest, moss and ice. Ten
million years ago movement of the tectonic plates caused the plague of Africa to rise. The center

of the plague developed into Lake Victoria. The water in Lake Victoria spilled north and then

Blue Nile was born from Lake Tana and White Nile was born from Lake Victoria. The spirit of

the river was tamed, strong and reliable. The two Niles (White Nile and Blue Nile) are now one

and they are the stage of birth of The Egyptian Civilization.

               Ramailo Assembly

This was a much-awaited day for me throughout the year and here it came on the 23rd of

September, our Ramilo assembly. This was the assembly of grade VI. Our audience were our

parents and other loved ones who were invited to the school premises, and it took place in our

most favored place, Kamal Mani Theater (Our school’s auditorium). This was the day where

we got to show our hidden talents through various performances on the stage. After a lot of

practice, hard work, and rehearsals, we could finally make this day with the kind help and

               Supervision of our dedicated teachers.
About a month before the Ramilo Assembly,
we got the scripts for the play that we had
to perform. Our Script was “Prometheus
Bound”. The song we had to dance to was

“Batash” and the band performance song was
“Count on me”. Grade VIA had a different

script, song, and dance. I knew this would be
               an outstanding performance.

The play “Prometheus Bound” was based
on the gods and the goddesses of Greek

Mythology. The backstory of this play was
that Prometheus was the one who gave

human’s fire and life. I auditioned for the part
of the Chorus Leader and 2 Chorus Leaders

were selected after the audition. One of them
