RE: SAG MILL BUILDING VIRTUAL INSPECTION ASSESSMENT

As requested, Yenem Engineering Services Pty Ltd (Yenem) has completed the structural remediation
design for the sag mill building at Peak Gold Mine to ensure structural integrity. Peak Gold Mine Pty Ltd
(PGM) requested Yenem to attend site for an initial structural inspection to review the current structural
condition to ensure the current status is in line with any assumptions made during the design phase.
Due to the current COVID-19 border restriction, our engineers could not attend site inspection in person. A
remote visual inspection was arranged for this task as an alternative. Yenem’s drone pilot, Brad Guest,

attended the site between 24 and 26 August 2020 to collect enough information for the creation of a
360 Pano model. A Yenem engineer, Shawn Cao, can then review the model for a virtual structural
inspection to provide comments and recommendations accordingly.
