Generally, the condition of the sag mill building is very similar to the information (BV reports and photos
from Andrew Rolfe) that has been provided to Yenem prior to and during the remediation design. Yenem
did not identify any significant difference that would affect the assessment results. Yenem has listed all the
locations for repair or replacement in the removing sequence and repair methodology documents
(AMLKCa-REP-101 REV 0 [Sag Mill Building Remediation Sequences] & AMLKCa-REP-102 REV 0 [Sag Mill
Building Remediation Methodology]). Additional recommendations are listed as follows after reviewing the
            model:

            Recommendations:

                  1. The concrete floor at the Knelson concentrator level requires structural repair works. The
current concrete floor has spalling concrete, and the reinforcement is exposed. This might lead
to further reinforcement corrosion and comprise the structural integrity. Yenem recommends
cleaning the drummy concrete and corroded reinforcement and repatching with concrete
                        grout.

                  2. Clean and blast the stair support and apply the protective coating to project specification while
                        repairing the column D4.
