2 The rope now makes three full turns
around the first set of turns. Note that as
the turns are made, they come down the
original set.
3 Tuck the end through the bottom space,
round and through the top space, this will
start the last set of turns which are at 90°
to the set you have just made. Complete
the turns to give three full turns.
4 You should now have three passes of
rope on each face.
5 Open out a small hole where the working
end came out and put in something
spherical, to give the knot shape.
6 If you wish you can bury the working end
in the center of the monkey’s fist, before
working the slack out of the knot, making
the whole a tight sphere.
7 The finished knot.
