                                                             5 Make two complete sets of trapping
                                                                 turns.

                                                             6 Tuck the working end under the first of
                                                                 the trapping turns, tucking the end out
                                                                 from between the two trapping turns.

                                                             7 Bring the line round in a loop and tuck
                                                                 under the second trapping turn, tucking
                                                                 from the outside into the middle. This

                                                                 hitch will lock off the seizing.
                                                             8 Pull the locking hitch tight and finish the
                                                                 twine with an overhand knot to stop any
                                                                 chance of the end working out.

                                                             9 The finished seizing.
