The Meeting House is a visual landmark and a community focal

point of the Village. Residents may use the two clubrooms on
the first floor for neighborhood events or private parties.

Reservations for private parties may be made from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday-Friday through the Owners Association. A reservation

is confirmed upon receipt of the completed rental agreement,
rental fee, and damage deposit. Only a Village of WestClay
property owner may reserve the clubrooms. The property owner

is responsible for the actions of any guest(s) and must be
present throughout any scheduled event.

Large banquet rooms, ideal for formal receptions and meetings,

occupy the second and third floors of The Meeting House. The
Village has an exclusive contract with Sahm’s Catering for all

events on the second and third floors. Please contact Sahm’s
Catering to inquire about rental and catering at (317) 536-1305,
banquets@sahms.com.
