Pools

The pools in the Village of WestClay are open to all residents and their
guests. Entry to the pool is only through the gates opened by the lifeguards.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible person 18
years of age or older. Pool privileges may be revoked at any time, should
discipline problems occur. Guests must be accompanied by a resident of the
community at all times. There is a limit of four guests per resident at one
time. Additional rules and regulations are posted in the pool area.

All pools are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

The pools are open daily from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. (unless otherwise posted or
during times when school is in session, when shortened hours may apply).
Pools may be closed due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, and/or
Board of Health issues.

Tennis Courts

Residents receive a key that unlocks the tennis courts at all three amenity
centers. Courts cannot be reserved for individual play but are available on a
first-come, first-served basis. Play should be limited to one hour in
consideration of other residents.

Basketball Court
A basketball court is locate on the north end of the West Village by Goldwater
Park Clubhouse. The court cannot be reserved for individual play but is
available on a first-come, first-served basis. Play should be limited to one
hour in consideration of other residents.

MacArthur Field Baseball Diamond
The baseball diamond is located on the north end of the West Village behind
Goldwater Park Clubhouse. Members may use the facility to conduct organized
practices, provided notice is given to the Owners Association and approval is
granted by the Board of Directors. Please note: The Owners Association will

assume no liability associated with any organized event. Non-residents are
allowed to use the field, provided they are a guest of a member of the Village
of WestClay Owners Association. A member of the Owners Association must be
present at all times.

Deerstyne Park Fire Pit
Residents may reserve the fire pit located in Deerstyne Park, which

accommodates groups of 10-15 people.
