The Village of WestClay has outdoor public spaces
available for rent for special events. The outdoor
spaces are University Green and Ronald Reagan
Green. Please contact the OA office for more
information on these spaces and procedures for rental.
Indoor spaces are located in the Meeting House and
include the Gene Stratton-Porter Meeting Room and
the Hoagy Carmichael Ballroom. Please make rental
arrangements for the ballrooms directly with Sahm’s
Catering. We look forward to being a part of your
special event.
