Located in the West Village, Goldwater Park Clubhouse features a
clubroom that is equipped with a full kitchen. The clubroom is

available to residents for community events or for private
parties. Reservations to rent the room for private parties can be
made from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday by calling the Owners

Association at (317) 574-1164.

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the completed rental
agreement, cleaning fee and damage deposit. The property owner
must be present throughout any scheduled event and is

responsible for the actions of any guest(s) attending the event.
The recently expanded exercise room in Goldwater Park

Clubhouse remains open for other residents when the clubroom is
reserved.
