33. Make your own peanut butter without additives or added sugar. Chop up 2 cups of raw
                       or roasted peanuts in a food processor, then slowly blend in 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of
                       vegetable or canola oil until you get the consistency you desire, either smooth or chunky.

                       home using vegetables and low sugar fruits, like granny smith apples, lemons, limes and
                       grapefruits.
