               This course has a twenty (20) day on-site documented component in
               the field when students are present and (4) days on-site during the
               opening of school. Candidates receive supervised instructional
               experience within a public or private school setting in Mathematics
               with emphasis on best practices and procedures specific to teaching in
               grades 7-12. Students practice and simulate learning experiences
               under the guidance and instruction of the education faculty,
               practitioners, and supervisors in the University state-of-the-art
               laboratory. The candidate must have passed the Internship Teacher
               Education Interview.

               EDUC 712:         SUPERVISED INTERNSHIP I: PERSPECTIVES AND
               METHODS I IN SCIENCES
