            Green space is a good to relax and rest for living in urban, and it is a refuge for mental health.
            Many studies have also found that parks and green spaces are one of the solutions to improve
            public health. Human contacting with natural environment benefits mental health not only by
            reducing stress and enhancing attention, but also relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety.
            It has positively affect mental recovery. Building walking path, bicycle lanes and sports and
            recreational spaces can also increase the frequency of residents' exercising and thereby reduce
            chronic diseases (such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity) and reduce public health care costs.


            According to a study conducted by the University of Illinois, as the outdoor spaces and
            playgrounds getting greener, it can significantly reduce the symptoms of Attention Deficit
            Disorder of children. Green spaces can effectively reduce children's attention deficit symptoms.
            Therefore, "green time" can be seen as an important supplement to traditional medicine and
            behavioral therapy.
