RAY WILLIAMS
MOTHER MARTHA F. KINSEY
Mother Martha F. Kinsey, departed from this life, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 under the care of the doctors and staff of Kindred Hospital of Tampa. Homegoing serv- ices will be held on Saturday, February 11, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Ave., with Pas- tor Ron Simmons of De- signer’s Way Christian Church, officiating. Inter- ment will be held Monday, February 13, at 12 p. m. at the Florida National Cemetery.
Martha was a native of Shorterville, AL and was bap- tized and accepted Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of New Salem Baptist Church, Shorterville, AL. Martha attended public schools in Henry County, Ala- bama where she excelled and graduated as Valedictorian from Cash Grace High School.
After graduation, she briefly worked as a secretary in Abbeville, AL and attended Beautician’s School in Birm- ingham, AL. Later, Martha en- rolled at Alabama State University in Montgomery AL, where she worked in the Fi- nancial Aid Office while pur- suing her education and where she earned a BA Degree in Business Education.
While attending Alabama State, Martha met and later married her husband, Mr. Emmitt Kinsey. After graduat- ing, Martha accepted a posi- tion as a teacher for the School District of Hillsbor- ough County, Tampa, FL. She taught Business Education at Horace Mann Junior High

School, King High School Night School Program, and Wharton Senior High School. She re- tired in 2006 after a stellar ca- reer in education.
She was a member of the Hillsborough County Class- room Teachers Association; and upon retirement, she be- came a member of the Hills- borough County Retired Educators Association. Martha was also a member of Mt. Olive M. B. Church, Tampa Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa Sorority, and the Fitzpatrick Chapter 795 of the Eastern Stars of Tampa,
FL.Martha was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Lucille Farmer; and her husband, Mr. Emmitt Kin- sey.
She is survived by: her lov- ing sons, Emmitt Kinsey, Jr. (Jessie Barbosa) and Anthony Kinsey; 10 grandchildren, Emily Kinsey, Maya Kinsey, Evan Kinsey, Amanda Jones, Xavier Kinsey, Emma Kinsey, Emmitt Jelani Kinsey, Alexan- der Kinsey, Eliza Kinsey and Taylor Kinsey; sisters, Ethell Stovall and Betty Moore; nieces, Sherryl Whiting, Pamela Dobbins, Charlene Gregoire (Duckens), Kimberly Cooper, and Tiffaney Randolph (Damion); nephews, John Moore (Crystal) and Johnny Cooper; cousins, Beatrice Shaw (George), Kevin Smootherman, Earnestine Farmer Salvage, Jim Farmer, Rosa Mae Farmer and Voncille Farmer Jones; great nieces and nephews, Adrienne Stovall, Lya Snell (Eddie), Albert Whiting, Aisha Dobbins, Jamal Dobbins, Ericka Nieves, and Dukens Gregoire; sister-in-law, Rose Gaffney; brother-in-law, Bernard Kinsey, Sr.; extended family, the Farmer and Kinsey families; special family friends, Ansel Cole and family, Mamie Ashby, Evelyn Butts, Ruth Hall, and Addie Singfield. Martha was loved and will be missed by a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, February 10, at Ray Williams Funeral Home and the wake will be heldfrom6-7p.m.atthe Chapel.

MR. LEROME HARRIS
Mr. Lerome Harris, known and loved by many as “Sunny” or “Uncle Sun,” passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 11, at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue. Interment will be held Monday, Febru- ary13at11a.m.atthe Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Mr. Lerome Harris was the son of the late Mr. Irvin Harris and Sister Marie Elder, born in Port Tampa, FL. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and gradu- ated, October 6, 1955.
Mr. Harris enlisted into the United States Army and served his country until he was honorably discharged from service on August 1, 1960. Mr. Harris loved wrestling, westerns, playing cards especially 500 Rummy and above all he was a Champion CHECKER Player from coast to coast. He will always be remem- bered for his love for people and his helping hand to any one in need. His life’s motto was “actions speak louder than words” and his legacy of showing love was por- trayed by his actions.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Irvin Harris and Marie Elder; and his brothers, Ervin Harris and Noah Harris.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter: Talema Harris; stepdaugh- ters, Imani Washington, Lisa Green and Silver Har- rison; 2 granddaughters, Delis Caprice Harris and Jadesilver Amber Turner; 3 sisters, Eldora Williams, Louvenia Florence and Flora Harris; nieces and nephews, Shirley Williams, Glen Williams, Pasty Har- ris, Derrick Everett, Trent Everett, Anthony Simons, Florine Johnson, Willie Floyd Harris, Wilton Si- mons, Jackie Stevens, Louis Kirchgessner and Latrice Byrd; a host of great nieces and nephews; and a whole host of young men and women from New York City, New York to Tampa, Florida, whose lives he im- pacted. His remains will re- pose after 5 p. m. Friday, February 10, at Ray Williams Funeral Home.

MR. GEORGE BUTLER, SR.
A celebration of life service for Mr. George Butler, Sr., who passed on January 30, 2017 will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Grace Fam- ily Church, 8610 Temple Terrace Highway, Temple Terrace, FL, with Pastor Roy Taylor, officiat- ing. Cremation will follow.
George was preceded in death by: his parents, Moses Butler, Sr. and Marietta Smith Butler; sons, Johnny Butler, George Butler, Jr. and James Anthony; brother, Moses Butler, Jr.

Mr. George Butler, Sr., affec- tionately known as “Boggie” and “Papa,” was born on October 22, 1934 to the parentage of Moses Butler, Sr. and Marietta Smith Butler in Cochran, GA. George attended Cochran High School then relocated to St. Petersburg, FL in 1954. He received Christ at an early age and joined St. Mark Baptist Church of St. Petersburg under the leadership of Pastor W. J. Glover. He later served on the Usher Board under the lead- ership of Pastor Dale Brooks of Calvary Temple and Center Pointe Community Church now known as Grace Family Church, currently under the leadership of Pastor Roy Taylor.
George became a Mason of the Masonic Lodge. He was em- ployed as a Route Salesman with Foremost Dairy, Flavor Rich Dairy and Velda Farms in St. Pe- tersburg, FL. He met and later married, Catherine Sconiers of Tampa, on November 6, 1971. This union was blessed with two beautiful children, Alexander Butler, Sr. and Catheria Butler. George was a devoted husband, father and servant of the Lord.
There will be a viewing on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 5-8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa. Friends are asked to as- semble at the church on Satur- day at approximately 1:45 p. m. for the service.

Lena Mae Sparrow Daniels was born on June 23, 1933 in New Bern, NC to the parentage of Hardy Sparrow, Sr. and Tru- miller McCathy Sparrow. She re- ceived her education through North Carolina Public School Systems. Mrs. Daniels was a Christian and faithful member of 29th Street Church of Christ, Tampa.
There will be a viewing on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 5–8 p. m. with the family receiv- ing friends from 6–7 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street Tampa. Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at approximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.
