MS. ANNETTE COOK
A Time to Be Born: Annette began her life’s journey in Clear- water, FL on May 4, 1966. She was the first child of Ms. Anel Cook and Mr. Frederick Jones. Annette spent unforgettable days and weekends under the loving guidance and care of her late grandparents.
A Time to Grow: Annette was a youth member at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church in Clearwater, FL. She was bap- tized at the age of 9. Annette re- sumed her spiritual journey at Glorious Church of God in Christ in Tampa, FL.
Annette was an accom- plished recreational roller skater in her youth. She did so with determination, grace, and style. Annette attended public school in Clearwater and New- berry, FL. She was determined to complete her education on schedule after the arrival of her first child. Annette was a 1983 graduate of Dunedin High School in Dunedin, FL. Annette held occupations in fast food and the restaurant industries. An- nette was a kind and generous caregiver. She offered her home, laughter and good cooking to countless family members, in- laws and friends in need.
A Time to Rest: Annette de- parted her earthly life in Tampa, on Friday, June 20, 2019. She re- cently celebrated her 54th birth- day with family and close friends. Her love and devotion were seen every day through special closeness with her aunts, Minnie and Bamma; her cousins, Cidialia and Daithel; her sister-in-law, Tammy; her children and grandchildren.

Annette leaves behind: mother, Ms. Anel Cook of Clear- water, FL; father/step-mother, Mr./Mrs. Frederick Jones of To- byhanna, PA; sister, Ms. Isabell Turner of Tampa, FL; children - Ms. Alaya Cook, (daughter) of Americus, GA, Mr. Antonio (Tony) Jordan, (son) of Tampa, Ms. Bennisha (BB) Morris, (daughter) of Tampa; grandchil- dren, Zamya, Zamari, Paylyn, Layonne, Brendalyn, Antonio, Jr., Larry, and Deshawn.
The Family of the late An- nette Cook will receive friends during the public visitation held on Friday, July 12, 2019, at In- tegrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, from 6 – 8 p. m.

MR. JAMES ALEXANDER ROBINSON, SR.
A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. James Alexander Robin- son, Sr., will be held Saturday, July 13, 2019, 11 a.m., at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 3005 E. Ellicott St., Tampa, FL 33610, Minister Bruce Bryant, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. James Alexander Robin- son, Sr., was born to the late Thelma and Jerry Robinson, Sr. He was educated in the Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: Natarnsha, wife; chil- dren, Jasmeen, James, Jr., Deon, and Kayla; grandchildren, Kenol, Kanya, and Janeisya; sisters, Diane and Valencia; brothers, Thomas (Jackie), Curtis, and Jerry Robinson, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co- workers he truly admired.
James Robinson comes from a big family whose members are lo- cated throughout the United States, including Alabama, Cali- fornia, Boston, Mass., Detroit, Michigan, Houston, Texas, and Florida cities including Bartow, Bradenton, Marianna, Miami, Or- lando, Plant City, Quincy, and Tampa.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 12, 2019, at Jackson Funeral Home, 4605 34th St., Tampa, FL, 33610,from5p.m.to8p.m.
Family and friends are asked to assemble at the Church at 10:45 a. m. for the service.
Funeral arrangements are en- trusted to Jackson Funeral Home.

MS. BETTY JEAN BURT
Ms. Betty Jean Burt of Springhill, Florida, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, July 13 at 10 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Reverend Antonio Hawkins, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Betty Jean Burt was a na- tive of Dade City, Florida and a resident of Tampa for all of her life. She was educated in the pub- lic schools of Hillsborough County and furthered her education by earning an AA Degree in Business. Ms. Burt was employed as an Admin Clerk with the Social Secu- rity Administration Office.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Sonja Philon (Anthony); 5 sons, Lloyd Earl Wilson, Lydon Hicks (Janece), Rondall Burt (Lydia), Nathan Burt (Dominique) and Cyprian Bynoe; her sister, Katie Russell; 3 brothers, Willie Wilson (Henrietta), Richard Wilson (Eve- lyn) and Bernard Wilson (Julia); as well as her beloved 18 grand- children; 11 great- grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, July 12th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MR. ROBERT RAYMOND COLBERT
Mr. Robert Raymond Colbert of Tampa passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 13 at 2 p. m. at St. James House of Prayer, 2708 N. Central Avenue, Tampa FL 33602. Interment to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mr. Robert Colbert, 86, was one of 4 children born to Hazel Colbert Wertz. He was raised in Baltimore, Maryland and after graduating from high school, he joined the United States Air Force where he worked in the Commu- nication Division.
Upon being stationed to Florida, he decided to stay and re- tired from the military. He found employment with the City of Tampa where, despite his fear of heights, he installed traffic lights until his retirement in 1990. He enjoyed learning and returned to college to get his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Leo’s University at the MacDill AFB campus. He en- joyed an active social life and he loved to sing and was an enthusi- astic bass. He was a member of St James House of Prayer for almost 40 years. Robert enjoyed the many activities at Barksdale Sen- ior Citizen Center and he also en- joyed local plays, watching sports and even a Lifetime movie or two in his favorite recliner. He was a tower of strength to his family and often said: “it is what it is.” Those who knew Robert will no doubt re- member his smile, his wit, his strong opinions, his quietness, his sense of humor. May those be his lasting gifts to you.
Robert is preceded in death by: Dorothy Jean (Gunn) Colbert (wife); Dr. Yvonne E. (Cummings) Colbert (wife); Hazel Wertz (mother); Lloyd Colbert (brother); Ruth Colbert (sister); and Nancy Jean (Colbert) Baez (daughter).
Surviving family to cherish his memories are: Rhonda Colbert (daughter); Robin (Colbert) Blay- lock (daughter); Rodrick Colbert (son); Frederick Blaylock (son-in- law); granddaughters, Marsheena Green, Lauren (Blaylock) Robin- son (John), and Jordyn Blaylock; Henry Baez (son-in-law); Cather- ine Middleton (beloved cousin), James Colbert (brother); Hern- don R. Cummings (Andrea), brother-in-law; Rosalind Cum- mings Wilson (Charles), sister-in- law; Dr. Navita Cummings James (Julius), beloved cousin-in-law; and many nieces and a nephew; as well as all the loving church mem- bers from the St. James House of Prayer.
The family will receive loved ones on Friday, July 12, 2019, from 5-8 p. m. at Ray Williams Fu- neral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606. In lieu of flow- ers, donations may be made to St. James House of Prayer or to your favorite charity in his name.
MR. MARCELL MOORE
Mr. Marcell Moore of Tampa passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, July 13 at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pas- tor Roberta McCullon, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mr. Marcell Moore was a native of West Palm Beach, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 8 years. He was educated in the public schools of West Palm Beach, Florida, where he last attended Lake Shore High School. Mr. Moore was em- ployed in the Housekeeping De- partment as a Floor Tech at Advent Health.
He was preceded in death by: his brothers, Jeffery Moore, Jarett Etheredge, and Gaurdian Elester Denson.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his mother, Willa Mae Etheredge; father, James D. Moore; wife, Sharon Moore; daughters, Lakavia Moore, and Monique Moore; sons, Marcell Moore, Jr., and Andre Powell; sis- ter, Jamica Etheredge; brothers, Merritt Harris, Michael Moore and Johnathan Moore; a host of grand- children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and close friends.
There will be no visitation.
