MS. FRANCES A. SHEPHERD
Ms. Frances A. Shepherd, affec- tionately known as “Baby Frances” by her family and close friends went home to be with the Lord on Tues- day, January 2, 2018. Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2 p. m. at Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, 2101 N. Lowe Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, with Rev. Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Jr., Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Willie Shepherd; grand- son, Jamir Butler; biological father, Anthony Glover; grandparents, Frances Baker and Roosevelt Baker, Sr., Annie Bell Williams and Clifford Shepherd, Alfred Oliver, and Louis (LC) Napper.
Ms. Shepherd was born May 25, 1971 in Tampa, FL. She attended pri- vate and public schools in Hillsbor- ough County and was a graduate of Brandon High School, Class of 1989. Ms. Shepherd attended Bethune- Cookman University, Hillsborough Community College, and completed the cosmetology program at Man- hattan Hair Styling Academy in Tampa, FL. Her first job was as an Exceptional Student Aide at Pierce Jr. High School. Ms. Shepherd later worked as a hostess at Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club and was a very successful customer service representative for One Touch Direct Telemarketing Service.
She was a loving mother of three beautiful children and grandmother to three very active and engaging grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Ms. Shepherd was a very car- ing and kind-hearted person who was reared in a strong Christian family. She believed in God and ac- cepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She loved her very large diverse family.
Ms. Shepherd leaves to cherish loving memories with: her children, Olivia Freeman Butler, D’Shea Williams, KeShawn Williams and girlfriend (Ashleigh Grubbs); beloved grandchildren, Jaden But- ler, Janiya Butler, and Skylar Mack; devoted and unwavering mother, Dr. Olivia Shepherd; loving grand- mother, Minnie Pearl Napper; faith- ful aunts, Elizabeth Baker of Bronx, New York, Frances Baker, Patricia Bain, Conslee Standberry, Gail Nap- per, Carolyn Napper of Anchorage, Alaska, Mary Napper; faithful un- cles, Ezekiel Bain, Henry (Cindy) Standberry, Alton (Donna) Morris, Jerome Morris, Ricky (Beverly) Glover, and Charles Napper; cousins who were like sisters, Melissa (Aaron) Peterson, Traci Davis of Miami, FL, Elizabeth Anderson, Colonel Marshanna (Tyrone) Gip- son of Bristow, VA, Maquesha Bain, Dr. Rashondra (Tavaris) Levarity, and Nicole Standberry and fiancé, Joe Foster; cousins who were like brothers, Jace Davis of Miami, FL, Romond Major and fiancé, Lucie Bass of Fairfield, CA, Roosevelt Glover and fiancé, Tiffany Jenkins; special cousins, Theodore (Ardrea) Cannedy, the Epps Family, Adam Brooks, the Morris Family, and the Fernandina Beach, FL, Family; de- voted best friend, who was like a sis- ter, Beverly Scott (Cedric) Troupe;

There will be a viewing on Fri- day, January 12, 2018 from 5-8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL, 33605 with family present to receive friends from 5-6 p. m. In addition, there will be a viewing on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 1:30-2 p. m. at Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, 2101 N. Lowe Street, Tampa, FL, 33605.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at approximately 1:30 p. m. for the service.

A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Bernice Irene Wilson, whose sunset on January 1, 2018 will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11 a. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Byron Brunson, Sr., offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Sun- set Memory Gardens, 11005 N. U. S. Highway 301, Thonotosassa, FL.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Jimmie Mae Hammond (Eddie) and father, Wilbert Lee; longtime companion Rosell Pittman; brother, Pasco Williams; nephew, George (Billy) Norton, Jr. and step- sister, Crozella McNeil.

Ms. Bernice Irene Wilson was born on March 20, 1937 in Monti- cello, FL to the parentage of Mrs. Jimmie Lee Hammond and Mr. Wilbert Lee. She was the oldest of her siblings.
Bernice attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. She was a former employee of Hillsbor- ough County Schools and retired after many years of service. She also worked for many years as a cook for Bern’s Steakhouse. Cooking was her passion and she was loved by many people and will be truly missed by all.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, January 12, 2018 at Wilson Fu- neral Home from 5–8 p. m. with the family present to receive friends from 6–7 p. m.
Friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at approximately 10:45 a. m. Saturday for the service.

MR. ALBERT RUSSELL RAINES, SR.
Funeral services for Mr. Albert Russell Raines, Sr., of Tampa, who passed on Thursday, December 28, 2017, will be held on Saturday, Jan- uary 13, 2018, at 2 p.m., at New Bethel Progressive M. B. Church, 3011 E. North Bay Street, Tampa, 33610, Pastor Reginal Webb, offici- ating.
Interment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea, Tampa, FL, 33610.
Mr. Raines was born January 10, 1942, in Tampa to the late Rus- sell Raines and Elizabeth Delaney. He liked to travel and build homes.
Mr. Raines owned and ran 7 businesses. His family was his pas- sion.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Raines; parents, Russell and Elizabeth Raines; and son, Wayne Everett Raines.
He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories with his sons, Bryant Everett (Angie), Russell Raines, Darryl Raines (Michele), Ronald Raines, Tony Everett Raines, Dwight Thomas Raines, (Keely), Randall Everett Raines, (Anitra), and Altarik Everett Raines (Shantell); daughters, Valencia Williams (Daniel), Balarie John- son, Patricia Dexter (Robert), Erica Raines (Heinsworth) and Tracie Newton; 176 grandchildren; brother, Charlie Hall (Edith), of Sandersville, GA; sisters, Mildred King, Edith Delaney, and Charlene Ellis; a host of aunts and uncles; a host of nieces, including Beverly, Lise, Aurson, Yolanda, Eugenia, Ruth, and Baguya; and a host of nephews, including Charles, Eric, and Theodore; and special friends, Sylvia Little, Mr. Andrew, and many more.
The remains will repose from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, at Agape Ministries Church Of God In Christ, 5112 N. 34th Street, Tampa, 33610.

MS. MICHELE JOANNE PLAIR
A Celebration of Life service for Ms. Michele Plair, who passed away on January 2, 2018, will be held on Saturday, January 13th at 1 p.m., at the Center For Manifesta- tion World-wide, 3102 E. Lake Av- enue, Tampa, Pastor Gregory Hill, officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Michele Plair was born January 18, 1971, to parents, Mat- tie Diaz and Bill Tyson, in Tampa, FL. She attended Hillsborough County Public Schools, and was employed throughout Tampa Bay.
A woman of God who lived life to the fullest, she enjoyed spend- ing time with family more than anything, her: grandchildren, whom she adored, and most of all, a special caregiver for her mother.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben and Louise Plair, Sr.; uncles, Ben Plair, Jr., and Michael Bennett; aunt, Dorothy Plair; and daughter, Alexis Reed.
Her beautiful memories will forever be cherished by: her chil- dren, daughters, Chiquita Reed, and Myra Williams; sons, DaMon Williams, Sr., and Myron Williams, Jr.; siblings, Tracy Plair, Padrica Causey, D’Aundre Butler, Cherllyn Jenkins, Quinton Hildreth, Treshena Dixon, Latonya Smith, and Molly Haynes; 9 grandchildren, Brian Thomas, Si’Asia Plaisir, Kaiden Williams, Myron Williams, III, Jameyah Williams, DaMon Williams, Jr., A’Myra Williams, Breon Chappell, and Da’Nyliah Williams; a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The fam- ily will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Heaven Destiny Church, 4104 E. Ellicott Street, Tampa.
