Tamar Braxton is doing some reflecting right now and hopefully it’s a step in the right direction for her.
The explosive season finale of Braxton Family Values seemed to have sparked something in the reality star, host and singer, and she’s ready to make amends.
Taking to Instagram, Braxton shared a video of herself at a water park with her boo David Adefeso and her entire family, looking like they’re having the time of their lives. In the caption, she gets deep about how she’s treated certain people over the past few months and sincerely seems to want to change.

John Legend Aand Pampers Are On A Mission To Install Diaper Changing Tables In Every Men's Room
For John Legend, changing diapers isn't a
chore—it's a doody duty. That's why the singer- songwriter and father of two is teaming up with Pampers for the Love the Change cam- paign, which will install 5,000 Koala Kare changing tables for public restrooms across the United States and
Canada by 2021.
"There's been a cultural
tradition that women take on more parenting responsibili- ties than men," Legend told Men's Health over the phone. "And that's been a source of a lot of inequality because when you factor in those hours of work that women don't really get credit for, it

puts them at a disadvantage in a lot of other areas of life." Pampers recently shared new research revealing that 9 out of 10 dads have used a public restroom lacking a baby changing table. So when
dads are faced with the chal- lenging of changing their newborn's diaper sans flat surface, they have to get cre- ative. It's an issue Pampers playfully addresses in a new ad featuring Legend and other dads showing off their on-the-go diaper-changing techniques, like the "piano solo," "laptop," "co-pilot," and "tailgate."
Legend gives credit to Donte Palmer, who posted a photo to Instagram that went viral showing Palmer squatting in a public rest- room while balancing his son on his knees in order to change his diaper, including the hashtag "#squatfor- change."
Young rapper Lil Xan is re- portedly in hot water after al- legedly pulling a gun on someone in self defense. TMZ reports that authorities are looking at the case through a very serious lens.
“LAPD's elite Robbery- Homicide Division has taken over the investigation which could lead to a very serious felony,” reports the site. “We're told when the alleged victim first went to police over his Fri- day night run-in with the rap- per -- captured on video obtained by TMZ -- the officer filed a report for assault with a deadly weapon.”
The reason behind the 22- year-old pulling out what ap- peared to be a semi-automatic handgun? A man was report- edly taunting him at a gas sta- tion for his comments about

Tupac last year, in which he called the late MC's music "bor-
ing.“"What the f**k you want, bruh?” Xan said while hopping out of his Mercedes-Benz SUV and pointing his un. His girl- friend was in the car. “Get the f**k out, n***a!"
