   WILSON
    MOTHER MOLLY JACKSON
A private celebration of life service will be held for Mother Molly Jackson, who passed on August 11, 2020.
The late Mother Molly Jack- son was born October 15, 1945, in Tampa, FL to the late John Henry Jackson, Sr., and Maggie Davis Jackson. She was the seventh child of nine children. She at- tended school in Hillsborough County graduating from Middle- ton Senior High School in 1963. She attended St. Petersburg Jun- ior College.
At the early age of 19 she gave her life to the Lord and united with the College Hill Church of God in Christ under the leader- ship of the late Bishop W. E. Davis.
Mother Molly resided in Miami, FL, Philadelphia, PA, St. Petersburg, FL, and Ocala, FL. Upon retiring from the VA Hos- pital, she returned to ‘Tampa, FL.
In her local church, Mother Molly served as a Purity Band and Sunshine Band leader. She was elevated to the State Sun- shine Band President of the Ju- risdiction of Southwestern Florida, where she was affection- ately know n as “Big Sister Sun- shine.”
Mother Jackson’s faithful service led to her elevation of Church Mother at Pure Vision COGIC under Pastor Brandon Cave and later to District Mis- sionary of the Dade City District, Superintendent Mitchell Davis, Jr.
She served as Administrative
Assistant to Mother Alberta Baker, Supervisor, Women De- partment, Jurisdiction of South- western Florida. Mother Molly was a dedicated, diligent worker until her health began to fail. She was emeritized in 2018 by Bishop Matthew Williams.
Mother Jackson loved the Lord, her church and its leaders. She was a lover of people. Her family was her life.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, John H. Jackson, Sr., and Maggie Jackson; brothers, Jim Jackson, Eugene Jackson and Henry James Jackson; and one sister, Earma J. Reid.
She leaves to cherish her memory: sisters, Fannie Jackson Copeland, Mamie Jackson Man- ning (James), and one loving brother, John Henry Jackson, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Alice Jackson, Mae West Jackson, Philadelphia, PA and Mae Catherine Jackson; nieces and nephews, Michael Jackson (Yvonne), Clarence Jack- son, Patricia Randall (Reggie), Shirley Golden, Linda Copeland, Dr. Cheryl Copeland, St. Peters- burg, FL, Kenneth G. Bull, John T. Bull Jr., Georgia, Cassandra L. Bull, James B. Bull, Felecia L. Manning, Jacqueline M. Jackson, John Strong, Lakeland, FL, Henry James Jackson, Jr., Iris B. Jack- son, Arlene G. Jackson, Debra Jackson, Kenneth Reid, Kelvin Reid, Johnnie L. Reid, Aretha Reid, and Melissa Reid of Salis- bury,MD, Sheldon Riley, Philadel- phia, PA, Mary Allen, Virginia, Marvis Burdine, Duluth, GA, Eu- gene Jackson Jr., Philadelphia, PA and special dedicated and devoted godchildren, First Lady A. Gayle Williams, Bishop Matthew Williams, Dr. Deniece Williams and Sister Sharon Hatfield who she loved dearly and a host of nieces, nephews and other family relatives.
There will be a viewing on Thursday August 20, 2020, at Wil- son Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.

MRS. THELMA MARIE ANDERSON SINGLETON
A private Memorial Service will be held for Thelma Marie An- derson-Singleton, who passed on August 14, 2020.
Mrs. Thelma Marie Anderson- Singleton was born in Marigold, Mississippi, on September 24, 1946, and was called to her final resting place Friday, August 14, 2020.
Thelma was educated in the private and public schools of Hills- borough County. She graduated with the Class of 1964 from Mid- dleton Senior High School. Thelma dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and served as a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Progress Village.
Thelma served as a Teacher’s Assistant in the Hillsborough County School system for several years.
Thelma, affectionately known as “Duchess,” was preceded in death by: her beloved brother, Tavares Anderson; and sister, Syn- orva Anderson-White.
She leaves to cherish her memory: six loving brothers, Clay- ton (Wynie) Anderson, of Bran- don, FL, Carl Anderson, of Zephyrhills, FL, Preston Ander- son, of Jacksonville, FL, Kevin An- derson, of Gainesville, FL, Dwight Anderson, of Jacksonville, FL, and Reginald Anderson, of Mesa, AZ; two loving sisters, Marjorie (Ernest) Stephens, of Jacksonville, FL and Ava Moorer, of Surprise, AZ; eight loving nephews, Michael Anderson, Darrayl Anderson, Der- rick (Kim) Anderson, Kevin (Jes- sica) Anderson-Dupree, II, all of Tampa, FL, DuRawn (Melanie) White, of St. Petersburg, FL, Ger- ard Anderson, of Bradenton, FL, Ernest (Monique) Stephens, II, of Jacksonville, FL, Clavaughn Moorer, of Surprise, AZ, Willie (Serena) Moorer, of Pensacola, FL, and Tamarcus Moorer, of Pen- sacola, FL; seven loving nieces, Na- talie Anderson-Harris, Yolanda (Lester) Best, Yomika (Eric) Hamilton, all of Tampa, FL, Ronda (Ivan) Stokes, of Las Vegas, NV, Vonda (Joshua) Warren, of Jack- sonville, FL, Joy Poinsetta of Tampa, FL, and Tarnisha (Bobby) Bellamy-Thompson, of Madison, FL; extended and most loving fam- ily, stepmother, Ruth Anderson- Hires, of Tampa, FL; five brothers, Thomas Brown, of Largo, FL, James Ford, of Atlanta, GA, Don Ford, Gary (Jerri) Brown, and Rick (Cynthia) Brown, all of Tampa, FL; two sisters, Bonnie Brown and Sandra (Leslie) Jackson, of Tampa FL, and a host of great, great nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and co- workers. MS. BEVERLY PATRICIA TOWNSEND
A private celebration of life service will be held for Beverly Pa- tricia Townsend, who passed on August 10, 2020.
Beverly Patricia Townsend was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on October 20, 1950, to the parentage of Clifford Townsend and Agatha Ivy Anderson. She mi- grated to Chicago, Illinois, and due to the climate, she moved to Tampa, FL, where she became a Phlebotomist then later became a Realtor. Beverly adored kids and was employed by the Hillsbor- ough County School District for the bulk of her career and later re- tired.
Beverly was blessed with six children: Carol Dillon, Mark Dou- glas (deceased) and Pete Douglas, who was born in Kingston Ja- maica, and Eddie Mason, Tyrone Mason and Monieke Brown, who was born in Chicago, Illinois. From her kids, she was also blessed with twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Beverly was a daughter, sister,
aunt, cousin and a friend, but most of all she was a Christian. She got baptized and accepted Jesus into her life as Lord and Savior. She dedicated her life to the Lord for 35 years. She also volunteered at the prison min- istry for 12 years every single Sat- urday.
Besides loving the Lord, she loved going to flea markets, garage sales and the Salvation Army. She enjoyed buying stuff that she felt other people would like. But most of all, she loved being at church. Her greatest ac- complishment was when she be- came a Mother of her church on June 24, 2017. Beverly is in heaven looking down on us smil- ing and saying, “I’m home.”
Beverly leaves to cherish fond memories of her: sons, Peter Douglas (Chris), Eddie Mason (Tenil), and Tyrone Mason; daughters, Carol Dillon (Kyle), Monieke Brown; a brother, Cur- tis Neil (Ada); a sister, Maxine Townsend, and a host of grand- children, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, numerous cousins and other sorrowing rel- atives and friends.
