MR. EARL WILLIAM OSBORNE, JR.
Mr. Earl William Os- borne, Jr. quietly transi- tioned home to live with the Lord on Thursday, March 23, 2017. The Homegoing service will be held Thurs- day, March 30, at 11 a. m. at Bible-Based Fellowship Church Temple Terrace, 8718 N. 46th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Reverend Earl B. Mason, Sr. Presiding. In- terment will be at the Florida National Veterans Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Earl was born on April 23, 1945 in Nashville, TN as the first child of the late Earl Osborne, Sr. and Mable Bonds Osborne.
He had two brothers who preceded him in death: Charlie Joe Osborne and Fred Henry Osborne.
He leaves to cherish his memories: son, Kevin De- Wayne Osborne; daughters, Caroline Linette Osborne and Krystle Joy Martin of Louisville, KY; sister, Thelma Lee Osborne, Tampa; grandsons, Ken- neth L. Osborne and Coby D. Osborne, Louisville, KY; granddaughter, Emma R. Osborne, Ann Arbor, MI; niece, Danielle N. Osborne, Tampa, along with many devoted cousins and friends.
Viewing and visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017from4p.m.to7p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Av- enue, Tampa, FL.

MR. CALVIN MULDROW
Mr. Calvin Muldrow was called home on March 18, 2017 after suddenly passing in his sleep at home. Homegoing service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida on Thursday, March 30th, 2017 at 11 a. m. with Elder Aaron Smith, Sr., officiating. Inter- ment will follow at Bushnell National Cemetery with Mili- tary Honors conducted by the United States Marine Corps.
Calvin was preceded in death by: his daughter, Lekenya Muldrow; parents, Samuel and Fannie Mae Muldrow; siblings, Samuel Lee Muldrow and Ethel Muldrow.
Mr. Muldrow leaves be- hind: a loving family, Gwen- dolyn Muldrow; daughter, Lathonia Smith (Aaron, Sr.); grandchildren, Adriene Simp- son (Sidney, IV) and Chris- tian Smith; great-grandchildren, Jaida Smith and Nia Simpson; sib- lings, Lonnie Muldrow (Dorothy), Samuel Muldrow, Jr. (Lonaway) and Gloria Muldrow, all of Riverhead, NY; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins; sister-in-law, Erma Muldrow; devoted friends, Leroy Davis Sr., Alfred Mack, Jerome and Drewlisa Barton and other relatives and friends.
A native of Tampa, Mr. Calvin Muldrow was born on March 28, 1948 to the parent- age of Samuel and Fannie Mae Muldrow, Sr. He was a United States Marine Veteran and proudly served in the Vietnam War. Calvin enjoyed cooking, fishing and garden- ing.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home from 5 p. m. – 8 p. m. Friends are asked to assemble at the chapel on Thursday at ap- proximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

Henry ‘Nippy’ Jones, Jr. Passes
Henry Jones, Jr., 85, of Tampa, FL passed away on March 20, 2017.
The St. Petersburg, FL na- tive, known as “Nippy,” was a retired Collier County Schools Administrator, U. S. Army Veteran and FAMU Rattler Alumnus. He was a member of Knights of Peter Claver Council #379 and The American Legion, Post #167. Nippy was preceded in death

Man Killed After Medal Object Crashes Into Windshield
A 33-year-old Tampa man died Friday afternoon after being involved in a traffic acci- dent. The accident took place at Lois Avenue and I-275.
According to police, Leonardo Landin was driv- ing his 2017 Chevrolet pickup truck approaching Lois Av- enue. At some point, a large piece of metal, possibly from a commercial motor vehicle, crashed through his wind- shield and struck Landin.
Landin lost control of the vehicle and it traveled to the outside shoulder and collided with a concrete barrier wall. The truck continued and struck a guardrail.
Landin was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he died Saturday. The investi- gation is continuing.
Crash Leaves One Driver Killed, One In Serious Condition
The driver of one vehicle died and the driver of another suffered serious injuries in a traffic accident. The accident took place on U. S. 19 and Ridge Way, South.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ms. Ari- anna Abbate-Perks, 22, of Holiday, was driving a 2006 Honda Civic. Devon Por- rata, 21, of Spring Hill, was driving a 2013 Honda CBR 1000.
Officials said Ms. Ab- bate-Perks attempted to make a left turn into Park Av- enue Plaza. But, she turned into the path of Porrata and the two cars collided, over- turned, and came to rest in the Plaza entrance.
Porrata died at the scene. Ms. Abbate-Perks was seri- ously injured and transported to Bayfront Hospital.
Charges are pending and the investigation is continu- ing, police said.
Truck Driver Charged In Accident With HART Bus
Last Friday, an Ybor City intersection was closed for several hours due to a traffic accident. The accident in- volved a HART bus and a ce- ment mixer.
According to police, the accident happened at 6:05 a.m., at the intersection of E. 7th Avenue and N. 21st Street.
A Preferred Materials ce- ment mixer, driven by Damien Boatwright, was traveling southbound on N. 21st Street. Police said Boatwright collided with a HART bus. As a result of the collision, the cement mixer came to rest on its side.
The bus was transporting
21 passengers at the time and 9 of them were transported to the hospital with injuries. Boatwright and the uniden- tified bus driver were both treated at the scene.
The investigation into the accident revealed that the ce- ment mixer failed to stop for a traffic light. Its driver, Boatwright, was given a traffic citation.
Police said both the bus and the cement mixer suf- fered $20,000 in damages, about $2,000 in damage was caused to a light pole that was knocked over, and a bicycle rack, worth $500, was de- stroyed.
